At Infizius, software development & digital marketing company, every project is valuable to us, and we make sure that we manage each project with complete care and professionalism. We strive to provide the results as per the terms and conditions of the offer. However, notwithstanding every measure, if the customer is not convinced with the results and wants to go for the conflict determination process, we hold refund applications as per the subsequent program in which our services and refund policy associated with each service is very distinctly noted:
Website/ App/ Game Development
- Complete refund: If a project has not been started or if the initial design style has not been confirmed. The Full Refund policy will be applicable after receive the advance payment date, and it will take 180 days to refund the amount.

- Complete refund: If the project has not been begun or the beginning design style has not been confirmed.

- No refunds: If the project has been finished or service is already provided.
Digital Marketing
- Digital marketing packages are not refundable, but the client can cancel a project by giving written notice 30 days in advance.
- Complete refund: If the project has not been started.

Web programming
- Complete refund: If the project has not been started.
- There is an agreement for every web programming project. However, if there is no agreement and no explicit discussion of the refund policy, the following delivery policy will hold.
- A partial refund will be proceeded as per the service provider’s judgment if we fail to finish the project as per the delivery policy and contract of agreement. The amount will be calculated by Infizius, taking into account the proportion of the project developed and the proportion yet to be created as per the pre-planned expanse of the project.
Committed Hiring
Infizius’s delivery commitment is liable to:
- Complete refund: If designer/ programmer/ content writer/ SEO expert or any other resource or staff has not started working on the project.
- Proportionate refund: As per the amount of work done, the client selects to cancel the project.
- No refund: There is no refund for the time that the services have already been given. If the customer is not convinced with any level of work, he must immediately notify our project manager and ask for any refunds for the work loss. At a later date, any negotiations will not be considered.
Application of the Delivery Policy
Infizius’s delivery commitment is liable to:
- A project is not supposed to be void unless the agreed-upon amounts are clear.
- There is no refund policy applies if the necessary data for successfully completing the project are not provided to us at the conventional time. In case of failure or delay in project completion due to inappropriate communication from the customer, it cannot be attributed to Infizius.
- If the information given by the customer is incomplete or complete details on the project are not given at the initiation of the project, Infizius is not subject to follow its delivery or refund commitments.
- There is no outline for a refund for delivery delay under any circumstances until an agreement is signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Infizius’s liability is certain by the worth of the part of the project (as per our offer), which remains unfinished at a given point in time. Infizius isn’t committed for losses due to the services provided/ not provided or the delay in the same at any point in time. The possibility of to refund is applicable only if the customer has canceled the project, and such cancellation has been delivered to Infizius in writing.
Refund Procedure
The partial refunds will be processed and sent within 180 business days from the cancellation date and will be made using the payment method agreed upon at the project’s initiation, i.e., refund by credit card or refund by check.
